A story that is still alive
Before becoming a hotel, Las Piletas was already part of this landscape.
This old Andalusian farmhouse has been in our family for almost two centuries, although its history began much earlier. During its restoration, Roman-era remains were discovered, witnesses to the history of these lands and their close connection with the ancient city of Acinipo.
Preserving the essence of the farmhouse has always been a priority. Its stone-paved courtyards, thick stone walls, wooden beams and every one of its corners retain the character of a home that has evolved without losing its identity.
A home we decided to share
Las Piletas was born to be the retreat we always wanted to find.
We left our life in the city behind to return to Ronda, start a family and open the doors of our home to those looking for a different way of travelling: slower, more personal and more authentic.
We live here, and we love introducing our guests to this corner of Andalusia — recommending a little-known trail, a special restaurant or simply sharing a conversation in the courtyard as the evening draws in.
Because we believe that true hospitality means making every guest feel at home from the very first moment.
Before being a hotel, Las Piletas is our home.
